We got here around 5PM and the place was already full. We didn’t have to wait long for our party of seven to be seated. I was hungry. Still the best Thai restaurant in South Lake Tahoe! We had dinner here 6 years ago and the experience was amazing. So, when we visited Lake Tahoe again last winter, we decided to stop here for dinner. We were there on Monday afternoon around 1:30pm. Since it was regular weekday, there was no line for dining in & we were immediately seated but the restaurant got busy as we were there. - Pad thai with chicken: our favorite! My hubby was craving it and it still tasted delicious as 5 years ago! - Green curry with pork: pork pieces were plenty and tender. The vegetables (eggplant & pepper) were fresh and still crunchy. The gravy was super creamy and delicious and had a bit of spice.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ | The ultimate post-snowboard meal! After a day on the mountain, we found this absolute gem in South Lake Tahoe. It’s easily one of the best Asian restaurants in town—just look at the wall of awards! The Wait: Don't be intimidated by the crowd. We checked in and went back to the car to stay warm. They quoted us 35 minutes, but it was actually closer to 20. Very efficient service! The Food (Portions are HUGE): • Avocado Curry: The highlight! It’s served in a homemade, deep-fried tortilla bowl. I didn’t realize it was edible at first, but it is so delicious once it soaks up the curry. A Tip on the Rice: I ordered a side of jasmine rice, which was delicious, but the portions are so generous and the tortilla bowl is so filling that I ended up way too full! Next time, I might skip the extra rice and just enjoy the curry with the "bowl." • Pad Thai: Perfectly cooked with a great balance of sweet and savory. • Cashew Chicken: Fresh, crunchy, and perfectly cooked. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere is warm and cozy. We left completely stuffed and happy. If you’re in Tahoe, do not skip this place! 😋🏂
The best Thai taste in Lake Tahoe. My first time here and I was craving for some refreshing, hot and spicy. I was worrying if the taste won’t be the same as I had back in bangkok. When I had the food, I was amazed. You can see how much I ordered for just two people ( haha ) . This is how good is it. I got My Thai sizzling, pad Thai with chicken , papaya salad ( Thai style for sure ) , Tom yum pot with sea food. Try this restaurant if you want Thai authentic. ( not sponsored food or I don’t get paid or get discount or free food for this post) I just love to share for whoever want the same taste as Thailand.
Favorite Thai restaurant in South Lake Tahoe! We stopped by for Monday lunch. I love spicy food but my bf can’t handle spice 🤣 so we ordered mild/non-spicy dishes. The Thai-style papaya salad with no chili was surprisingly our favorite! still perfectly balanced, sweet, and tangy even without the heat. The seafood tom yum at level 1 had a gentle spice that even non-spicy eaters can enjoy. Everything tasted fresh and the portions were big. As someone who grew up eating Thai food and spicy dishes, I really appreciate how well the chef keeps the flavors rich even when the food isn’t spicy… not easy to do! Excellent service from the two young Thai men who took care of us. Shout out to them!
Absolutely Incredible! If you are looking for authentic Thai food in Lake Tahoe, this is the place to be! The flavors are incredibly rich, perfectly balanced, and so fresh. Everything we ordered tasted SO good—you can really tell they don't water down the traditional spices and ingredients. The service was wonderful too. Highly recommend!

The place is small but very cute, decorated with a lot of thai features, very clean. I like how the napkin and utensils are put in zipped bag. Cleanliness and presentation 10/10. I’ve been to a lot of different Thai restaurants and I can definitely say after having an Avocado Roll here I’ll never be able to eat another Crab Rangoon without wishing it was an Avocado Roll. The service here was top notch. Our server made sure we knew the spice levels we were getting into and offered extra spice for anyone interested. I can see why this place has so many awards!
